It’s time to start your planning to attend our Chapter Christmas Party!
Wellington Bar and Grill located at
400 Wexford Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34609
from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
Please get your reservations in BEFORE December 4th as seating is limited.
The reservation system will be CLOSED when we reach full seating capacity
or December 4th, so get your reservations in early!
VERY IMPORTANT!!
When you make your reservations, it is REQUIRED that in the NOTES section
at the bottom of your reservation that you select a meal choice for each
member of your party. We have to let the Wellington know how many people
to prepare a meal for. PLEASE do not forget to include that information.
These are the menu choices for the evening:
Salad and rolls with butter will be provided.
Salad dressing selection is Ranch or Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Only WATER is provided with the meal. ALL drinks, appetizers and deserts
are additional to the meal prices given.
In the notes area please provide the NAME and Meal Number selection for EACH member in your party as follows:
Sally Fields 3
Benny Fields 1
Summer Fields 2
Winter Fields 1
That will tell us that Sally wants the stuffed Flounder,
Benny and Winter want Prime Rib, and Summer wants Pork Marsala.
If you do not include a meal choice for every member of your party,
we CANNOT accept the reservation.
